Cancellation Policy

If you or your child/teen cannot make a class, please text Sensei at least a day beforehand, as she plans classes with every student in mind. Term Fees are paid upfront as a commitment to karaté and to Sensei, and in turn she also commits herself to you/ your child/teen by turning up every class to offer her best. Therefore refunds or credits are only given if Sensei cancels the class. Once/wk students are welcome to attend a 'make-up' class on Tuesday or Friday. Twice/wk students receive 2 free classes/term which assists with missed classes. The aim is to support the dojo as a whole to be steady and committed.
